Spacious king suite was a highlight for us. The hotel was in a central location really close to the town center.

The staff were affable and very very nice all the time. The room was a nice size and cheap and the facilities included central heating, iron and ironing board. The bathroom was fairly clean but it worked for my 2 days in this hotel.

The location of this accommodation is fantastic, with it being just a short walk away from the pedestrian mall and offering a nice view of the escarpment. The concierge, a really nice young guy, was extremely helpful throughout my stay, even carrying my bag up three flights of stairs. the shower had good pressure and actually drained properly.

The customer service at the hotel was less than satisfactory. Staff members were rude and unhelpful, and the communication was poor.

I can't recommend highly enough this place and would absolutely stay here again. A king suite has basic facilities you need.

We really got great value for our money with a cheap stay at this hotel. The room was a decent size with a nice view of the escarpment up to the Cotswolds. The shower had good pressure and the drain actually worked, which is always a plus. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the pedestrian mall and close to all the main roads. The young concierge was really helpful and even carried my bag up three flights of stairs for me. Plus, there was an equipped kitchen we could use.

The only thing that could make the morning meal better would be to have more variety.
